At Mill Creek we believe Christians are called to follow Jesus together in relationships with other believers.
Mentoring is one way to do this.
What do we mean by “disciplemaking”? This is the call of every believer to follow Jesus and help others follow Jesus.
What then is a mentor? Mentors are disciples who have been a little further down the path. They walk the path with you. They encourage, speak truth, listen, care, confess sin and share in confession. Our mentoring groups seek to link together men with men, women with women, in this kind of relationship that helps people grow in Christian faith and follow Jesus together.
