Born and raised in KC, this Jayhawk fan met his wife, Faith, when he was in middle school. They became high school sweethearts and now have four children -- Becca, Evan, Spencer, and Ava. Neil graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in religious education. In addition to spending time with family, Neil enjoys playing sports, photography, and listening to soundtrack music.
Neil loves students and has served at Mill Creek since 2008 as the student ministries pastor. He has been in full-time youth ministry for more than 25 years and has a passion to see students be discipled and grow in their relationship with God.
