The McCoy building allowed Mill Creek to add space for our growing Children’s and Student’s Ministries using funds received through the Greater Impact campaign. It also allowed us to consolidate virtually all leased space into one building. We were able to increase space for staff and by moving the church offices to McCoy in April 2010; we were able to transform the Gleason offices into our new Discipleship and Counseling Center.
The 3rd and 4th graders and 5th and 6th graders (NexTeens) have their own rooms at McCoy. ReaLife students have one large area that can be used for several functions. The McCoy campus also has ample open areas for people to connect and fellowship with each other. This Community space may also be used for small group meetings. The building includes sanctuary space for an additional Mill Creek worship service.
It seems there is a need today for contemporary issues to be dealt with biblically and for an opportunity to do more than just hear them talked about–to actually join in a discussion about those issues…a discussion informed and guided by biblical truth. This is the opportunity we are providing at our McCoy service. The teaching style there is what we call topical exposition, where a topic is covered by expositionally preaching a passage relevant to that topic. Included in each service is a time of interaction (voluntary only, of course!)–which provides an opportunity to hear others talk about how the truth fits real life.
There is a bus shuttle between the two campuses. The following is the schedule for that service:
Leaving Gleason to McCoy |

| 10:45 a.m. | 12:10 p.m. |
The length of each Gleason service has been reduced to 75 minutes to allow time for shuttle bus delivery and pick up between the two campuses. The start times of both services will remain the same.

There are 70 plus parking spaces at the McCoy building. We estimate this to be parking for over 200 people. There is also additional parking at an adjacent building. Please note: the city does not allow parking in the circle drive of the McCoy campus.
